AGENDA

The purpose of the joint workshop between the School Committee and the Board of Selectmen will be to discuss the school renovation project progress and its budget.

I. Call Public Meeting to Order

II. To hold a joint workshop with the Board of Selectmen

to hear a status report from Marjorie on the project budget,

to review the change order procedure as it relates to the contingency set aside by the Board and

to discuss how the school committee and town can cooperate to address change orders for remainder of the project.

III. Adjourn Meeting
